Cross institutional Bioimaging course is approaching. SDU will host 2 days of the course where 20 PhD students from all over Denmark will learn about microscopy.

The Coherent Raman Scattering (CRS) conference in Odense is focused on Biological and pharmaceutical applications of CRS microscopy. The overarching goal of the conference will be to bring together the CRS microscopy community to facilitate exchange of knowledge between users and instrument developers.

Curiosity drives Jonathan Brewer's research
An Associate Professor at the Department of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology has just received DKK 12.3 million from the Novo Nordisk Foundation. The grant will go towards microscopes used by researchers from all over the world.
Congratulations to Adam Cohen Simonsen for receiving a Interdisciplinary Synergy Grant from the Novo Nordisk foundation together with Jesper Nylandsted
For the next three years, Adam Cohen Simonsen and Jesper Nylandsted will be working on the project "A multidisciplinary platform for revealing mechanisms of annexin-mediated plasma membrane repair" funded by an Interdisciplinary Synergy Grant from the Novo Nordisk foundation, 15 million DKK.

Mathias Porsmose Clausen received Villum Young Investigator grant to continue his research in food science applying bioimaging.
