New large national project:

MADE Digital - World-class Danish manufacturing

MADE, Manufacturing Academy of Denmark, focuses on the strengthening of the Danish manufacturing industry by gathering 49 companies across different fields, five research institutions, three GTS-institutes as well as the Confederation of the Danish Industry.

Main Project Paper accepted: IntellAct project - Intelligent observation and execution of Actions and manipulations

Recently, the summarising main paper of the IntellAct project, Intelligent observation and execution of Actions and manipulations, that was running from 2011-2014, has been accepted in the top journal IEEE Transactions on Systems, Man, and Cybernetics: Systems.

Technology transfer to industry: A hyperflexible robot cell at Danfoss (Silkeborg)

In connection with MADE WP8, vision and feeding technologies developed at SDU Robotics have been integrated into a flexible robot cell running at Danfoss in Silkeborg.

Industry Prize to SDU Robotics Researcher

Professor Henrik Gordon Petersen from SDU Robotics receives the Industry Prize from Danmarks Naturvidenskabelige Akademi for his great efforts in helping industry through his research.
