Economy and Funding

It is a prerequisite for enrolment as a PhD student at the Faculty of Business and Social Sciences that the required resources are available to the PhD student in order to complete the PhD study programme. This means that
agreements on the funding of the PhD study must be settled before enrolment in the PhD study course can come into force. Each year a number of Faculty scholarships are made available for application. These scholarships might be either partly- or fully-funded.

Alternatively, it is possible to carry out the PhD programme as an Industrial PhD student. An Industrial PhD project is a special, industry-related PhD project performed during the course of three years between a private or public enterprise, an Industrial PhD student and a university.
