Course content:
This course will introduce the participants to how they can use news media and social media to increase awareness and dissemination of their research. The course will be a combination of lectures by journalists and researchers highly experienced in using news media and social media to promote their research and hands-on activities to initiate the process of increasing awareness of the participants’ research.

Purpose:
Participants on the course can use what they learn to increase the impact of their research on society. Furthermore, the increased awareness and dissemination can, potentially, increase their possibilities for receiving grants and be employed within research in the future.

Lectures and hands-on activities in groups or individually

Course feeThe course is free of charge for PhD students enrolled in Universities that have joined the "Open market agreement".
The course fee for other participants is DKK 4,845.
