Alexandros Gelastopoulos is an applied mathematician currently working in behavioral economics, as a postdoctoral researcher at the Department of Marketing and Management, University of Southern Denmark (SDU). He uses mathematical modeling to study how people make decisions at the individual level and the consequences of decision patterns for the collective.
Alexandros received a Ph.D. in Mathematics from Boston University working on Mathematical Neuroscience, specifically modeling of brain rhythms.
