It is questions like this that concern Associate Professor Danielle Wilde - and we are so fortunate that Danielle has joined our department at SDU Esbjerg.
Through her research in the field of social and ecological sustainability, Danielle explores how we can develop the sustainable food systems of the future. Among other things, this includes helping businesses produce and provide consumers with more attractive sustainable food options.
