The members of OPC all share a strong commitment to a research-based approach to organizational development and thus focus on areas such as intercultural communication, virtual communication, global leadership and communication, corporate language, globalization and culture. 

Collaboration with multinational corporations, public institutions, interest groups and NGOs, enables centre members to gain insight into a broad range of organizations.
