Admission requirements for single course students and full-time students are the same. However, we do not take the grade point average of the qualifying exam of single course students into consideration.
If you apply for Bachelor courses, including electives at bachelor level, you must have completed an upper secondary education. In some cases we require a translation or recognition paper stating your levels compared to the Danish education system. Please contact Danish Agency for International Education.
Possibly you may need to have specific levels of relevant subjects. With regards to the necessary levels, consult the study guide (only in Danish), which lists the admission requirements for each programme. If you want to attend classes in Danish we require Danskprøven.
If you apply for Master courses or electives at master level, you must hold a relevant bachelor degree. There may be other prerequisites, and you are asked to orientate yourself about the specific admission requirements for the particular course or elective that interests you. Exemption from admission requirements is possible in accordance with the Announcement of Part-Time Education if the applicant is considered to be academically suitable, i.e. in possession of the necessary educational and occupational requisites.
If you are uncertain whether or not you meet the admission requirements, please contact the Continuing Professional Development office at the University of Southern Denmark on phone: 65 501054 between 10.00-14.00 or this contact form.
