Health Science at SDU

The Faculty of Health offers one programme in English: Public Health.

The Public Health programme is a dynamic, complex, and analytical branch of health sciences, where policy relates to statistics and mathematics, behavioral sciences with physiology, anatomy, and etiology of diseases, and where environmental health is as important in historical considerations as well as in predictions for the future. 

The Public Health programme has a progressive international perspective and is built upon some of the major scientific cornerstones: social science, medicine, and epidemiology. 

Public Health has three specializations: 

• Global Health and Equity
• Health Economics and Policy
• Intervention and evaluation
