On February 4, Dr. Heather Williams from King’s College London will visit the Center for War Studies and give a talk on “Emerging technologies and strategic (in)stability”. Dr. Heather Williams is a Lecturer in Defence Studies at King’s College London, researching arms control and deterrence. She was previously a MacArthur post-doctoral fellow at KCL, and has worked at Chatham House and the Institute for Defense Analyses in Washington, DC.
