Bio
Dr. Michael J. Williams is Clinical Professor and Director of the Program in International Relations at New York University. Among other books, he has co-authored with Stephanie Carvin “Between Annihilation and Restraint: Science, Law and Liberalism in the American Way of War”, published with Cambridge UP in 2014.
