COVID-19-lockdown - Q & A for the library
Due to the current COVID-19-lockdown, there is no access to the physical libraries until April 5th, 2021.
Returning and picking up loans:
You can continue to request, pick up and return books and materials via our pick-up windows at all campuses. This applies to all weekdays in the lockdown period up to and including Feb 28th, 2021. Please note that before you can collect your items, you must have received an email informing that your requested material is ready for pick up. The materials can only be picked up at the specified campus written in the email.
Guidance via phone or email:
The library staff is still ready to guide you. Contact us by phone (6550 2611 or 6550 1437 (counter / lending), 6550 2622 (guidance)) or via email: firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will help you, as best as we can on all weekdays from 9 AM - 3 PM.
All physical courses and events are converted to virtual platforms or cancelled. You can find our courses at www.sdu.dk/libcourses.
As there is no access to SDU's campuses, there is unfortunately no access to our reading rooms.
SDU Library follows SDU's guidelines for coronavirus (COVID-19), which you can read more about at www.sdu.dk/corona.
Students now have the opportunity to print to a limited extent via Grafisk Center SDU, free of charge. The option is only valid during the lockdown period. Print can be ordered via this link: http://visitkort.sdu.dk/categorynav.aspx?catid=11 (NOTE: The link only gives access for SDU students).
When the print is finished, Grafisk Center sends a message by email, after which the print can be picked up at the library's pick-up windows after 1-2 days (expected delivery time).
If you are a student in Kolding, Esbjerg, Sønderborg or Slagelse, you will be notified directly when your prints have arrived at the library's pick-up window.)
