The statistics group at the Department of Mathematics and Computer Science is an active research unit. We carry out research in a wide selection of areas of statistics and its applications.

We have active collaborations both nationally and internationally, and with many other scientific fields, including Mathematics, Computer Science, Life Science, Health Science, Social Science and Humanities (Archeology).

The statistics group is part of the section Data Science and Statistics (DSS), and also contributes to the Centre for AI Science and Applications (CASA).
