A Plan for Solving Climate Change

Panel discussion on 24 November featuring climate activist Solomon Goldstein-Rose and Pro-rector and Professor of Climate Change Sebastian H. Mernild, Professor WSR Kristin B. Munksgaard and Associate Professor Stig Børsen Hansen from SDU. The panel discussion begins at 2 p.m. See the programme here.

The climate is changing rapidly. We need to act now if we are to curb the climate crisis. But what exactly is to be done?

Climate activist Solomon Goldstein-Rose offers his suggestions for what can be done.

On November 24, you can meet Solomon Goldstein-Rose when he pays a virtual visit to SDU Kolding. Here, the American politician, engineer and author of the book The 100% Solution will present his plan for a complete climate solution.

On the basis of the presentation, a keen panel consisting of researchers from SDU, together with Solomon, will discuss which barriers and driving forces are at stake in relation to solving the climate crisis. The panellists include SDU’s Pro-rector and Professor of Climate Change, Dr Sebastian H. Mernild, widely regarded as one of the world's leading researchers in climate change and global warming as well as the Lead Author of the UN’s Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC).

Joining him on the panel are Professor WSR Kristin B. Munksgaard and Associate Professor Stig Børsen Hansen. Together, they will provide a nuanced insight into the climate debate.

The event is organised by SDU in collaboration with CO2 Klubben.
