The Accounting Group is a research unit at the Department of Business & Management.
Our focus is on analyzing accounting as an information system using information economics. All aspects of accounting are included in the research of the group such as managerial accounting, financial accounting, and auditing.
We aim to publish in high-quality journals and to be active in the international accounting community and have a long tradition for organizing workshops. Our research is also disseminated through keynote speeches at academic conferences and symposia held jointly with the international standard setters.
