Seminar on Intercultural competence course design and assessment at universities

The Intercultural Competence Platform invites you for a seminar about intercultural competence course design and assessment. Nadine Binder will share knowledge from her Ph.D. thesis conducted at the Bremen International Graduate School of Social Sciences about the design and assessment of a course to build intercultural competence at universities. This is increasingly relevant since universities are more and more interested in building intercultural competence, not least because of Internationalisation at Home initiatives.

The seminar takes place on Tuesday the 3rd of December from 13.30 – 15.15 at SDU Odense and consists of two parts with plenty of time for questions in each part.

Program
13.30 – 14.15 Designing an intercultural competence course
Break
14.30 – 15.15 Multi-method assessment of intercultural competence

Please let us know whether you can attend before the 1st of November (msvb[at]sdu.dk). It is also possible to only attend one of the parts.

We are looking forward to seeing you! Please feel free to forward this invitation to those who might be interested.
