Forskningsområde:Strategi, organisations teorier. 

Særligt speciale: Empirisk forskning (eksperimenter og feltstudier) vedrørende strategiske mekanismer ved organisations design, herunder hierarki og mål strukturer, uddelegering og beslutningstagning, dannelsen og incentivization af individuel og gruppebaseret søgning, samt de sociale normers  rolle  inden for ovennævnte.

Forskningsområde: Organisation og strategi. 

Særligt speciale: Hans forskning er centreret omkring evolutionære og tilpasningsdygtige processer i organisationer og den måde organisationen design kan forme disse processer. Han er bredt anerkendt for at avancere teori om organisatorisk design og tilpasningsdygtige processer gennem formel modellering og eksperimentelle metoder, herunder oplysnings-teoretisk perspektiv på organisatorisk beslutningstagning.
