Abstract Submission

The TAL2021 conference encourages teachers, educational developers, supervisors, researchers, career supervisors, students and others with an interest in the area to contribute with short presentations or posters on practical examples, experiences and research within the following themes:

  • Active teaching and learning
    • Examples of active teaching and learning in higher education. 
  • Special focus – Activating online teaching during, and especially after, Covid19: What have we learned, and what can vi develop further after the re-opening?

    • Pedagogical challenges, solutions and future prospects:
      We will focus on the experiences made with good online teaching and learning activities during Covid19. How can these experiences be integrated in future teaching with a view to the students’ motivation and learning?
      E.g.
      • Support of the students’ motivation, social relations and learning, for example through the use of study groups
      • Flipped learning, Team-based learning
      • Other concrete examples of activating teaching activities

    • Organizational challenges, solutions and future prospects:
      What organizational challenges have we encountered, how where they solved, and how can we use these experiences after the re-opening?
      E.g.
      • Development of the teachers’ e-learning competences
      • The use of study groups
      • Evaluations on programme and/or faculty level
Deadline for submission of  abstracts is 23 August 2021.

Abstract Submission:
Abstracts must be submitted in Word format using this form for submission of abstracts, which will provide further information on points to address in the abstracts. Please submit to agpetersen@sdu.dk .
 
All abstracts will be peer reviewed.

Presenters will subsequently have the possibility to contribute to a conference publication.
