SDU Student Services in Odense represents the following 5 offices: Bachelor's Admission & Educational Support, Master's Admission & Counselling, SDU International, Strategy & Communication and Educational Law & Registration.
SDU Student Services in Esbjerg, Kolding, Slagelse, Sønderborg/Flensborg handle administrative tasks for the faculties.
We (student secretaries) work among other things with the following administrative tasks for the faculties:
- Timetable planning, examination planning as well as the holding of the examinations for the programmes of the respective campus
- Main contact for both students and lecturers concerning lectures and examinations of the individual programmes (registration, classes, regulations for teaching, , special conditions and aids)
- Distribution and booking of rooms in regards to the lecures and examinations
- Coordinates cross-disciplinary activities like study start, Bridge building, Open house, graduation, etc.
Monday to Thursday 8:30 a.m. – 3 p.m., Friday 8:30 a.m. - 2 p.m.
Tuesday and Wednesday before Easter, throughout July, week 42 and between Christmas and New Year: By phone 10 a.m. - 12 p.m.
