- Tasks regarding registration/cancelling for examinations and lectures
- Transcripts, first year examination, dispensation and other questions concerning the examinations
- Handles tasks regarding leave of absence, withdrawal and change of programme
- Tasks concerning the educational law - including cases about suspected cheating and the regulations
- Registration of decisions (regarding examinations, maternity leave, leave of absence) and results in STADS as well as registration for lectures and examinations, withdrawals, change of elective courses and transfers)
- Issues diplomas, certificates of presence and verifying results
- Tasks regarding lifelong learning at SDU
