"Roskilde is a break from everyday life"

    Catch me if you can!

Visitor attractions (VAs) like Events or Festivals are very important factors in choosing a tourist destination and have tremendous economic impact, resulting in increasing numbers of VAs and hence higher competition. To achieve competitive advantages and positive economic effects for destinations and VAs, research evidence is needed regarding beneficial and operable VA success drivers. The lecture provides a summary of a scientific study analysing various drivers of visitor satisfaction at events and festivals.
