Top marks for SDU
The University of Southern Denmark has received an award thanks to a ratings website where international students extol its virtues
“A good study environment.” “Very good personal relationships with the lecturers – they even want us to call them by their first names.” “A nice campus, but it can be cold, and it’s very windy.”
These are some of the comments from foreign students about the University of Southern Denmark, as expressed on the international studyportals website.
In fact, the students’ evaluations of the University of Southern Denmark have been so consistently positive throughout the past year that the University has been awarded the “Certificate for International Student Satisfaction”.
One in five students is from abroad
For the whole of 2013, the University of Southern Denmark scored 9.1 out of 10, which resulted in the award.
There are about 5,000 international students at SDU. Approximately one in five students is from abroad.
Studyportals is for students who are contemplating studying at a university abroad. The portal includes universities from more than 40 countries.
