Committee for Career and Skills Development for Technical and Administrative Staff

The committee consists of a chairperson (management representative) appointed by the rector and a deputy chairperson (employee representative) elected among the union representatives for technical-administrative staff. It also includes management representatives and union representatives from all main areas, appointed by the main area collaboration committees.

The committee typically meets four times a year. Minutes can be requested from SDU HR, which provides secretarial support to the committee.

Executive Committee for the Committee for Career and Skills Development
The executive committee coordinates the work of the committees and meets as needed. It consists of the leadership of the Committee for Career and Skills Development, the chief union representative, and the head of SDU HR, Health, Safety and Development. The committee is provided secretarial support by SDU HR, Health, Safety and Development.
