At Finance Lab students and employees have access to the Bloomberg and EIKON databases. You find Finance Lab in the Business and Economics section in Odense.
You also have online access to the WRDS database.
Finance Lab: Bloomberg and Eikon
The library has two computers with access to the Bloomberg and Eikon databases. Use our booking system if you want to be sure to access the databases https://sdu-dk.libcal.com/reserve/financelab.
Use your SDU login to sign in to the computers. Students need to write SDU\username to log on.
Special circumstances concerning Bloomberg
The first time you use Bloomberg you will have to set up your own Bloomberg login.
Please keep in mind that the database has a limited extraction of data per month. Therefore, we ask you to limit your downloads.

Online access to WRDS
Students and employees also have access to WRDS (Wharton Research Data Services) via our list of databases. WRDS contains data from Compustat and CRSP.
You need to register to get access to these data. Find more information in the WRDS -guide https://libguides.sdu.dk/WRDS.
Searching the databases
To use the databases you must be able to search Bloomberg, Eikon and WRDS on your own. If you need help to get started with your searches, you can find useful videos on YouTube.
