The Credit Appeals Board

The Credit Appeals Board handles cases in connection with appeals against decisions made by the study board on the rejection or partial rejection of credits, including credit transferred in advance.

The study board’s decision on the rejection or partial rejection of credits may be brought before the Credit Appeals Board if the complaint concerns the academic assessment. However, this does not apply to decisions made by the study board on the rejection or partial rejection of credits for foreign educational elements that may be brought before the Qualifications Board.

The appeal shall be made in writing and substantiated and submitted no later than 2 weeks after the complainant has been informed of the study board’s decision.

The Legal Office is the secretariat for the Credit Appeals Board. The Credit Appeals Board is appointed by the Vice-Chancellor.

Enquiries should be made by e-mail to the Legal Office - jura@sdu.dk.
