The Mads Clausen Institute offers state-of-the-art competences and high technology facilities within core areas of mechatronics, micro- and nanotechnology. Both theoretical and experimental activities span from fundamental over applied research to device development. Facilities include the only ISO 5 cleanroom facility in Southern Denmark, mechatronics process as well as analysis and characterisation laboratories. |
