Copenhagen Airport, the biggest airport in Denmark, is an international airport with many flights arriving from and departing to all regions of the world. For further information about the airport, go toCopenhagen airport.


Getting to and from Copenhagen Airport
:

Trains depart from Copenhagen Airport to Copenhagen Central Station (København H) where it necessary to change in order to go to Odense. All westbound trains from the airport stop at Copenhagen Central Station (eastbound trains go to Sweden, so check the direction carefully!). Train schedules are available and tickets can be bought at Rejseplanen.dk.English version is available. There are also ticket offices/vending machines at the airport and at train stations.

Trains are leaving several times in hour and the journey takes approx. two hours from the airport. 

The price is DDK 278, - for a standard seat. We recommend that you buy a seat reservation (DDK 30) as well.

When you arrive in Odense, you can use the train ticket for the bus. This means that you on your arrival day can go around in the city center with the bus as well to the University of Southern Denmark/venue for the congress. 

Please note that it is possible to buy tickets onboard the trains. If you go on board a train without a valid ticket, you risk being fined. 


Billund Airport
is centrally located in West Denmark. For further information please go toBillund Airport.

Getting to and from Billund Airport:

From Billund Airport you need to take a bus to Vejle train station (bus 43). From Vejle you can take a train to Odense. Bus and train schedules are available and tickets can be bought at Rejseplanen.dk.English version is available.

The bus ride to Vejle train station takes about 30 minutes and from Vejle station to Odense, the train takes 50 minutes. The price will be approx. 184 DKK.

By car

Parking is free at SDU Odense, but your car needs to be registered.
