Course on Animal Communication Networks
Held at the University of Copenhagen on September 21st-27th 2008.

Course on Research Training of Aquatic Animals
Many branches of biological research relies on trained animals under human care, so appropriate training methodologies are crucial for obtaining and adequately interpreting data. Held at Fjord&Bælt in Kerteminde on June 2nd-11th 2008.

Supervisor Course
A course for the supervisors in SNAK was held at DTU Learning Lab on March 31st 2008.

2nd SNAK Workshop
The 2nd annual SNAK workshop with student presentations was held at DTU on October 4th 2007.

International Conference on The Effects of Noise on Aquatic Life
The conference was supported financially by SNAK and many of the SNAK members participated in the conference that was held at Nyborg Strand on August 13th-17th 2007.

Course on Methods in SNAK
The courses gives the Ph.D.-students a chance to visit the partner institutions to learn about the methods used there. The course was held at DTU Elektro, DMU, Roskilde, Fjord&Bælt in Kerteminde and SDU, Odense on Maj 31st - June 1st 2007.

Course on Form and Function in Aquatic Bioacoustics
This class emphasizes teaching modern marine bio-acoustical techniques for laboratory work. Held at SDU, Odense on February 28th - March 4th 2007.

1st SNAK Workshop
The 1st annual SNAK workshop with student presentations was held at SDU, Odense on September 11th 2006.

Course on Acoustic Communication
on the methodological problems encountered when studying sound communication in air (including the sonic, infra-sonic and ultra-sonic ranges and air-currents), in water, and in solids. Held at Fjord&Bælt, Kerteminde and SDU, Søgaard on August 19th-29th 2006.

Course on Permutation Tests
Permutation tests are a flexible method allowing for statistical null-hypothesis testing of various designs. They can be particularly helpful in cases where data do not fit the design or do not fulfil the requirements of any of the well established procedures. Held at the University of Copenhagen on May 19th-20th 2006.

Course on Marine Bioacoustic Instrumentation
An introduction to marine bioacoustics with emphasis on recording and quantitative analysis of sound. Held at SDU, Odense on March 6th-10th 2006.
