New Cooperation Agreement with Polish University

The Faculty of Engineering and the Polish university Wroclaw University of Technology has just signed a new collaboration agreement and thereby strengthens the cooperation on education and research.

The new cooperation agreement between Mads Clausen Institute at The Faculty of Engineering and The Faculty of Microsystems Electronics and Photonics at The Wroclaw University of Technology in Poland has the overall purpose of establishing a stable basis for further educational, research and development collaborations between the two universities.

Partner in Nano-Project
The Faculty of Microsystems Electronics and Photonics, hosting new cleanroom facilities in Wroclaw has also entered as associated partner in the Interreg IVB-project ‘Technet_nano’, led by MCI. Technet_nano is an alliance of public cleanroom and research institutions which offer micro- and nanotechnology facilities to small and medium-sized enterprises.

Signed by Deans
The cooperation agreement was signed by the Dean of The Faculty of Microsystems Electronics and Photonics, Andrzej Dziedzic and Dean of The Faculty of Engineering, Per Michael Johansen (front of picture), while the agreement was initiated by Professor Marek Tłaczala from Wroclaw University of Technology and Professor Horst-Günther Rubahn from Mads Clausen Institute (second from the left)
