 consists of more than 95,000 articles, selected from newspapers, and summarized. Keesings is covering significant political, social and economic events worldwide from 1931 and onwards.

Danish

The University Library of Southern Denmark subscribes to InfoMedia, which gives electronic access to articles and archives from most Danish newspapers and a number of journals.

American

The Library gives access to a range of early American newspapers at Early American Newspapers, Series III, 1829-1922,

and a collection of Danish-American immigrant newspapers from the Museum of Danish America:

German

WISO
WISO gives access to a rage of German newspapers, journals ect.

Norwegian/Swedish

Retriever gives access to articles from Norwegian and Swedish newspapers and journals. Retriever - newspaper articles in full-text – access from SDU, SDUB and OUH. Remote access for the staff and students at SDU and OUH.

Paper versions and microfilm

The University Library of Southern Denmark also subscribes to paper versions of all the larger Danish newspapers and a number of foreign newspapers. You can see which printed newspapers are held by the University Library of Southern Denmark and where they are located by searching in the library catalogue. These newspapers are available for use at the library in the same way as the library's other materials.

If a newspaper article is not to be found online, then SDUB has all the national Danish newspapers and some of the international newspapers on microfilm going back for many years. You can also find these in the library's online catalogue. The microfilms can be used at the library and copies of articles can be requested at the current price.

Radio and television broadcasts

SDUB can to a certain extent help you to find and borrow TV and radio broadcasts.
