To follow courses at master level, you must have completed what compares to 180 ECTS credits within relevant field. Please visit the desired course or study programme to see the specific entry requirements.
If you are a refugee living in Denmark and wish to further your education by studying at SDU, please see the information below.
Who can apply?
You can apply for a place in one of our programmes if you have been granted asylum in Demark.
If you have not been granted asylum in Denmark, it is, unfortunately, not possible to apply for admission to SDU.
If you have a foreign degree and wish to apply for admission to SDU you can have your qualifications assessed by the Ministry of Higher Education and Science prior to applying. Please see their folder or website for more information.

The code of conduct for offering Danish university programmes to international students
A student who is enrolled to take an entire degree at the University of Southern Denmark.
A student sent from a partner institution who studies one or two semesters at the University of Southern Denmark. The course credits are to be transferred back to the degree studied in the home country.
A student who studies a semester or two at the University of Southern Denmark. The course credits are to be transferred back to the degree studied in the home country. The student does not come as part of an exchange programme from a partner institution. You pay tuition for the courses you follow.
