What is a Robot Systems Engineer?
What do you prefer – to lean back and watch science fiction movies with the rest of the world, or to make the ‘science facts’ of the future? Robots with artificial intelligence that recognise people and adapt to their individual needs. Robot technology that saves lives at the hospitals, makes all the technology in your home communicate with each other, or makes your car drive itself ... and safer.
As a master student you can specialise in one of five areas: Robotics, Artificial Intelligence, Software System Engineering, Embedded Systems, or Computer Vision.

Programme structure
This is a two-year master programme. To study a master degree in Robot Systems you must have a relevant bachelor degree (three years of previous study at university level).
At the master programme you choose an academic profile; the area in which you want to specialise.

Study environment
Each year more than 1500 international students from all over the world choose to study at the University of Southern Denmark, so you will become part of a lively international student environment.
We believe that engineers of today must have a global perspective and experience and we encourage international as well as Danish students to spend one or two semesters abroad on an internship or as exchange students.
Faculty of Engineering has adopted a student-centred approach to learning, and teaching is based on problem based project work. Students participate significantly in class and carry out project work in small teams.

Admission
University of Southern Denmark does not charge tuition fees from citizens from the Nordic countries or from the EU/EEA countries. Read more about tuition fees and note that as an international student you have several scholarship options.
To study a master degree in Robot Systems you must have either a degree in BSc in Engineering (Robot Systems) or another relevant bachelor of engineering or bachelor of science in engineering degree.
