Learn to handle change
“The very concept of ‘change management’ may sound a little dry and dull to many students, but this study programme gave me a wide range of excellent tools for coping in a changing world. In our current global crisis, there are constant changes which enterprises have to consider. It gives you excellent tools for tackling these situations. In addition to ‘Advanced Change Management, Strategy and Innovation’, the study programme offers many other interesting subjects like Human Resources Management, Organisational Psychology and Industrial Sociology, all of which are closely associated with the core area of the study programme.”

Informal study environment
“I obtained my bachelor’s degree in general business economics at the University of Southern Denmark in Slagelse and am now in the process of taking my MSc degree in Change Management.
During the course of my bachelor studies, I was uncertain as to whether it was the right thing for me. It wasn’t until I took subjects like organisational theory and change management that I realised how stimulating it really was. The university campus was also an aspect that influenced me to choose the master’s programme in business economics. Campus Slagelse is not as big as the other campuses, but its size is actually what makes it charming. It definitely helps that the teachers can actually remember my name when I drop by their office with questions.
The study programme has lived up to my expectations and given me lots of food for thought. All the subjects offered have been interesting and brimming with challenges and that makes them even more relevant in relation to my future job options.”
