The focus area of the profile is Corporate Strategy. Students on this profile will have greater knowledge within the main subjects in contemporary economics and management of large enterprises. The contents represent state-of-the-art in research and practice.
Students on this profile will gain knowledge within the subjects that are relevant for this area: Corporate Finance, Foundations of Organization, and Foundations of Management, Financial Reporting, Personnel Economics, and Corporate Strategy and Organization Design. These courses combine three distinct tracks: The first relates to aspects of the financial management of the corporation, the second to managing large organizations, and the third to the designing large organizations. Each track has a clear progression that develops students’ knowledge about theories and how to apply these to practical business issues.
Students on this profile will gain competencies in management consulting, corporate staff functions, general management or business development. Finally, students on this profile will gain competencies in charging business level and corporate level strategy and business improvement projects.
