The graduate can set up new models of analysis and solutions for problems based on the performed analyses. The graduate can communicate his/her knowledge and discuss professional and scientific issues with colleagues, management, and the surrounding society.
Competences
A MSc in Economics and Business Administration can, within the area of the profile, manage work and development situations that are complex, unpredictable and require new models for solutions. The graduate can independently initiate and implement professional and interdisciplinary cooperation and take on professional responsibility. Specific competences for the profile in Communication Management and Leadership
The focus area of the profile is the processes of integrated communication from an organizational as well as a market-based perspective. Different modes and methods of communication will be discussed in the organizational context of leadership and human resources management. The graduate has knowledge about and skills in using methods which can support a critical-thinking based understanding that gives the students the competence to analyze the dynamic interactions of individual needs, company goals, and environmental factors in relation to communication and leadership. Furthermore, the candidate will gain knowledge about and skills in using methods and tools which are relevant for analyzing communication and leadership issues in organizational as well as market contexts. Finally, the candidate has gained competences in defining and establishing own learning integrated communication, leadership and human behavior needed to manage the human resources while meeting organizational objectives.
