This programme gives you knowledge about and skills in using methods and tools for analysing communication and leadership issues in organizational as well as market contexts. The goal is to make you the perfect person to manage the corporate communication, typically related to ongoing communication programmes such as corporate branding campaigns, employer branding, stakeholder relations (PR) or integrated marketing communication.
The critical approach of the programme requires you to be able to learn and understand the currents practices and discourses of communication management and leadership, but also to be aware of the limitations of these, and be able to analyse these problems with conceptual clarity and theoretical substance. This enhances your competence to balance individual needs, company goals, and environmental factors in relation to communication and leadership.
