The focus area of the profile is the processes of integrated communication from an organizational as well as a market-based perspective. Different modes and methods of communication will be discussed in the organizational context of leadership and human resources management. The programme has a critical-thinking based understanding that gives the students the competence to analyse the dynamic interactions of individual needs, company goals, and environmental factors in relation to communication and leadership.
Furthermore, the student will gain knowledge about and skills in using methods and tools which are relevant for analysing communication and leadership issues in organizational as well as market contexts. Focus is on understanding integrated communication, leadership and human behaviour needed to manage the human resources while meeting organizational objectives.
