If you wish to become a chartered accountant in Denmark, the programme of the MSc in Business Economics and Auditing is the only way.
The MSc in Business Economics and Auditing is also referred to as the Auditing programme, which means that the primary incentive is to propound the theoretical knowledge necessary in order to work as an auditor.
In order to gain authorization, students are required to have at least three years of experience working for a state authorized accountancy firm. Two of the three years must follow the completion of the Business Economics and Auditing Master's degree programme.
A stepping stone to interesting jobs
A MSc in Business Economics and Auditing enables you to work with auditing in positions such as controller, financial director, chief accountant or head clerk at SKAT. You may also decide to become a chartered accountant.
Business Economics and Auditing in Odense and Kolding
You may apply to the programme in either Kolding or Odense. The programmes are largely similar; however, the profiles do vary, for example in terms of elective courses.
