Five main research fields
Robot Systems covers the five main research fields in robotic research at The Maersk Mc-Kinney Moller Institute, University of Southern Denmark:
- Robotics
- Artificial Intelligence
- Software Systems Engineering
- Embedded Systems
- Computer Vision
Different types of courses
The first semester of the master programme in Robot Systems is divided into quarters. That means that each course runs for half a semester.
The second semester consists of three different types of courses:
- Common core courses – provide you with a common set of competences in robotic technologies. These courses cover the entire field of robotic research at The Maersk Mc-Kinney Moller Institute
- Profile courses – these courses define your academic profile
- Elective courses – you can select courses within your profile, courses from other profiles, general elective courses, or relevant courses from other study programmes, institutes or faculties.
