A BA in Mathematics-Economics consists of equal parts mathematics and economy.
You will learn how to apply mathematical and statistical methods to solve economic problems. This helps you gain the necessary mathematical and statistical skills in order to analyse and solve complex problems.
You will become acquainted with the types of mathematics used within social- and business economy, and you will gain insight into subjects such as analysis, algebra and probability theory.
The combination of mathematical and financial courses makes you able to handle problems at business and social levels. Many of our staff has a distinct knowledge of both economics and mathematics, allowing them to combine the two disciplines.
