The programme requires no previous knowledge of the Chinese language. The first two years of study includes an intensive course in the Chinese language.
The programme aims at:
- Providing the student with basic qualifications relating to the humanities and the social studies.
- Making the student able to analyze practical problems within the subjects of the programme and make professionally founded decisions based on his/her knowledge of relevant methods and theories.
- By combination of the above two to provide the student with the best possible foundation for both practical and theoretical tertiary education be it in corporate or public enterprises and organisations.

The programme provides you with the skills necessary for conducting business negotiations with Chinese partners: It combines business economics courses and courses in language proficiency, culture and social studies, and business communication
Learn Chinese the practical way:
Some things simply cannot be acquired by reading alone. As a result you must spend the third year of studies at a partner university in China.
In China the courses will focus on oral and written language proficiency as well as Chinese culture and social studies. You also have the opportunity to arrange an internship and obtain credit transfer. This gives you an outstanding opportunity to make contacts which may be of use to you in your future carreer.
During the 4-year programme you will be educated to occupy business functions requiring economic insight as well as language and communicative skills in Chinese. You will be studying at an international programme which attracts students from across the globe. The language of instruction is English and (in China) Chinese and English.
