Most businesses need to exchange knowledge with business partners abroad and to market themselves and their products internationally. That is why no successful or quality-conscious business enterprise may ignore foreign language communication.
As a Bachelor of international business communication, your knowledge of languages, cultural differences, and communication will put you in a strong position for jobs involving foreign language communication.
The focus of the BA programme
The two foreign languages of your choice – English, German, or Spanish - are the focus of the BA programme. You will acquire knowledge of the cultural, social, and business conditions of the countries or regions in which the languages in question are spoken.
Besides, you will become acquainted with a number of other subjects – such as business communication and information technology - which will enable you not only to function as a cultural mediator in a business or other organization, but also to secure efficient, high-quality communication.
Some Bachelors will get jobs directly after graduating, whereas others choose to continue their studies at the master level, either at the University of Southern Denmark or at one of the Business Schools in Aarhus or Copenhagen.
