Academic Advisor
The academic advisor is a fellow student appointed and trained by the university to help you when lost in the program curriculum, university regulations and bureaucracy or when in educational trouble for some reason.
The advisor can guide you to get in touch with the relevant university office, help you to get an exemption or credit transfer from the academic board, or give you personal advice to be a more efficient student.
