The general management function consists of the Vice-Chancellor, Pro-Vice-Chancellor and University Director.
The Pro-Vice-Chancellor assists the Vice-Chancellor in the day-to-day management as agreed with the Vice-Chancellor.
The University Director is, on the authority of the Vice-Chancellor, head of the university’s administration function and handles legality control.
The Vice-Chancellor is assisted in day-to-day management by the Management Group, also known as the Executive Board. The Executive Board consists of the Vice-Chancellor, the Pro-Vice-Chancellor, the University Director, the Deans, the Chief Librarian and other management representatives selected as determined by the Vice-Chancellor, with the Vice-Chancellor as chairman. The Executive Board holds around 13-15 meetings per year.
