Welcome to FoF

The Research Unit for Musculoskeletal Function and Physiotherapy (Forskningsenheden for Muskuloskeletal Funktion og Fysioterapi - FoF) has become a research unit in its own right from 1 January 2010. FoF has evolved from its original form as Forskningsinitiativet for fysioterapi(FiF) which was established on 1 May 2007, the result of a collaboration between the Association of Danish Physiotherapists and the Faculty of Health Sciences at the University of Southern Denmark.

FoF's objective is to establish university-based, long-term research within the field of Physiotherapy.

To achieve this end, FoF aspires to be:

known for the high quality of its research,

valued as a partner in the field of musculoskeletal research within the Institute, as well as regionally, Nationally and internationally, and

acknowledged for expanding the academic foundation of the discipline of Physiotherapy.
