German tourists at the Danish West coast have particularly high expections of a clean environment and unspoiled nature. These expections are almost met in the Blaavand area!
The positive new is that German tourists genrally give high grades to the area, but there is a problem. Namely, that the expectations to the quiality of the destination are so high that they are not completely met. This finding is amongst the most instersing and useful results from a survey carried out by students from University of Southern Denmark, Esbjerg.
Destination manager in Varde municipality, Colin Seymour is pleased with the results of the survey, but he admits that something more must be done in order to meet the very high expectations to quality, nature and cleanliness.
