We have assembled a multidisciplinary research team to enable the Centre to conduct these investigations from multiple and contrasting perspectives. We draw on research approaches from Design Anthropology (DA), Interaction Analysis (IA), Consumer Behaviour Studies (CB), Business-to-Business marketing (B2B), Innovation Management (IM), Interaction Design (ID), User Centred Design (UCD) and Theatre of Change Management (Theatre). As this research deals with participation on many levels, we partner with the theatre group Dacapo in order to develop novel practices that support collaboration between users and developers, between employees within companies, and also within the Centre itself among the different research disciplines.
