Organic nanofibers have large potential for improving electronic and photonic devices. Due to their special growth on crystalline substrates, the nanofibers possess unique properties such as brilliance, crystallinity and spectral tunability. NanoSYD has taken advantage of that by installing start-up companies that use organic nanofibers, for example for anticounterfeit measures.
