The figure shows the organisation of the management and administration of the Faculty of Health Sciences.
The Dean is in charge of the overall management of the faculty. Together with the Heads of Department, the Dean constitutes the faculty's management group. The Dean and the Heads of Studies manage and handle the programmes at the faculty.
The Head of Secretariat is the Dean's substitute as manager of the Faculty Secretariat.
The Faculty Secretariat consists of a Deanship and two function areas, Education & Quality and Research & Finance, which together provide managerial support for the entire faculty and handle various administrative secretarial tasks. The Deanship also has two staff functions: the Unit for Teaching Development and Communication & Web.
Moreover, the faculty has various collegiate councils, boards and committees that assist management and administration at the faculty.
