Student Services Sønderborg/Flensburg is a full-service unit which solves student service problems in co-operation with the faculties and the more specialised units at Student Services in Odense for both present and potential students in Sønderborg and Flensburg.

 At Student Services our main areas of service are within these fields: (for students from Sønderborg and Flensburg):

• Student counselling
• SU (Statens Uddannelsesstøtte)  administration of the Danish student grant
• Admission/enrolment through "Den Koordinerede Tilmelding (KOT)" (the co-ordinated application) and www.optagelse.dk (online application forms for bachelor programmes in Denmark, choose English)
• Admission for degree students
• Events (i.e.Open day at the University )
• Cancellation of enrolment,leave of absence etc.
• Scholarships
• Lecture and exam administration
• ad-hoc assignments
