Open Day 2013

To begin studying on a higher educational programme is a big step. Selecting a study programme requires preparation.

This is the reason why we are inviting you to Open Day at Campus Kolding, where you can meet students, student counsellors, teachers and study secretaries from the various study programmes at the University of Southern Denmark, Campus Kolding. There will be information on the study programmes, on studies abroad, on the Danish State Education Grant and Loan Scheme, you can see the library and many other facilities on campus. You can find the study programme of your dreams at Campus Kolding, whether your favourites subjects concern tourism, economics or entrepreneurship, and if you have the required Danish skills, also within design and library studies.

You can have a nice chat at the student bar, the Submarine (Ubåden), and you can see our class rooms.

If you are interested in becoming a student for a day, Open Day is the day to get information on this and to make the arrangements. By participating in the classes for a day or two you will get insights into the study programme and a clear sense whether a university programme is for you or not.

  Several study programmes include a stay or an internship in a company. The University in Southern Denmark in Kolding collaborates with the local business community.
    
• The library
  At the Campus Library, you will have the opportunity to have a look at the literature used in the various study programmes. Furthermore, you have the chance of meeting the library staff and learn about information retrieval, etc.
